Birkman releases the full report only after a live feedback session. At this level I hold the report itself and use it to build your Guides.

About Jennifer
I’ve been doing Birkman work for twenty years, across a practice of more than a thousand clients. Before that I was a VP of Marketing, which taught me what pressure at the top actually feels like, and how little of it shows.
I’m an Advanced Certified Birkman Consultant with a master’s in educational technology from Pepperdine and a business degree from UT Austin. I live in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, and work with clients everywhere by Zoom.
What keeps me at this after two decades: the moment a person sees their own pattern clearly for the first time. It never gets old.
